The Leadership Discovery Sessions

FOCUS

• To establish a new paradigm of marketplace transformation within your organization

PURPOSE

• To help equip and release marketplace ministers all over the company to new places of personal and community transformation that will glorify God and draw all men unto Jesus.

METHOD

• Establish a prayer canopy through united prayer

1. This cohesive core becomes the pace setter that must remain envisioned, committed, and selfless.
2. When the cohesive core comes together they must – Minister to the Lord, to the Company, and to each other.

• Practice prayer evangelism all over the company and beyond (this will be taught and referred to significantly during the LDS gatherings).  Luke 10:1-9

1. Bless  2.  Fellowship  3.  Minister  4.  Proclaim

• Come along side you as marketplace ministers through a combination of ways to equip and release you into your God ordained calling (see below)
1. Submit to the Holy Spirit and be willing to adjust our ways in order to align ourselves with Him
2. Take an inventory of what is happening within us and the company.

At each LDS communicate and set vision, share insights and transformation tools, establish the small groups, give testimony, and bring impartation.

CONTROL/FEEDBACK

• Who attends
• Testimonies
• Prayer given
• Strategic efforts
• And so on, and more and more and ….

PEOPLE

• Though preliminary focus is being thrust upon the leadership team – the effect across the entire company is and will be uniquely tied into this process. 

RESULTS

• Because transformation touches everything and God is reconciling ALL things unto Himself – everyone and eventually every sphere will be touched.
