Let’s begin to set something in motion through prayer. Let’s begin to pray for each other – even if we don’t like each other. Let’s remove the spirit of accusation – Satan does enough of that – For he is the accuser of the brethren. Let’s remove the I told you so and replace it with the ‘We need You so… Father God.’

Let us call on the All Sufficient God! I recognize my need of God. I am so needy. Without You Heavenly Father we cannot accomplish anything. Without You we are nothing.

When the greatest problem in the world confronts us petition the sufficiency of the One who has already paid, removed, and restored all things by His blood. Is there anything or anyone that Jesus didn’t die for? 

Is it family or marital relationships? Well, the blood of Jesus can take care of that. Is it terminal illness, or some other physical limitation that has struck you? The blood of Jesus is sufficient! Is it a political figure you disagree with? The blood of Jesus is enough!

We pray often out of our fear. I don’t want to be impressed by darkness, I want to be impressed by God. I want to pray out of what Jesus has accomplished! The blood of Jesus is enough for this – His redemptive work is all we need. Let’s begin to pray from a redemptive perspective. When something comes into your life ask the Lord what the redemptive purpose is for this activity. It may be to adjust you and your relationship with God. It may be to align others who we know and love that need the agape love of God in their lives. It may be for something we have yet to see, but that is necessary to cause all things to work together and bring glory to the Father through the work of the Son.

 

Father, I remove the finger of accusation, and I give you thanks for our leaders. Father I’m asking that a grace would rest on us as Your people. Let us be a discerning people. A people of grace, hope and love. 

We pray for the righteous to prosper. Let righteous counsel accompany our leaders in every place. Increase the anointing for breakthrough in our nation in Jesus name! Cause us to pray from a perspective of need daily so that the sufficiency of You can overtake the insufficiency of us.
